Stocktakers – Now Recruiting!
As a Stocktaker for Orridge you will be required to count stock using state of the art hand-held technology. Stocktakers work on site at our clients premises on the sales floor, in their stock rooms and in their warehouses. Hours are flexible and start and finish times will vary. This is an exciting role offering the opportunity to meet new friends, work as part of a team with the possibility of developing a career within Orridge.
Supervisors
Orridge likes to promote from within and following your training, and a period of working as a stocktaker, you can move up to a role as a supervisor. Responsible for the counting staff and reporting to the Service Manager you will be in-charge of supervising stocktakes. You will be expected to adhere to the specified procedures, ensuring that accuracy and targets are delivered.
Service Managers
As an integral part of our stocktaking team, you will have a number of responsibilities including ensuring that all counts are completed to the clients’ satisfaction and that all electronic count data and supporting information is delivered on time.
Regional Managers
Responsible for a specific region, you will oversee stock counts which are conducted on a daily basis. Communication skills are a strong requirement as you will be expected to liaise with many departments within the organisation but in particular Scheduling, IT and Client Accounts.
As a Regional Manager you will be required to lead your teams, to identify weaknesses, offer support to develop those members within your teams and encourage them to possible promotion. Additional duties include: working with the scheduling department to ensure feasibility of schedules, attendance of site visits with Sales Executives and Client Account Managers and the conduct of pre-count site visits for all trial counts. Your role will include ensuring a safe working environment for all staff in your region.
Client Account Managers
Our Client Account Managers are the key contact between the client and Orridge. You will develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, via regular meetings. This communication will enable you to grow and develop their businesses and the services which Orridge provides.
