Paul Harding Managing Director
Joining Orridge in 1984 as a Sales Negotiator in the Pharmacy Sales Department within four years he was Sales Manager for the Division and soon furthered his career by taking over the selling of the stocktaking element of the business. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in 1995 as Sales Director and became Managing Director in June 2004.
Since then, he has been responsible for developing the company into a profitable pan-European retail stocktaking business including the Franchising of the service for specific countries in Europe. Paul has also been a Director of Vennersys since 2008 as well as performing the role of Executive Director for Christie Group since 2011.
Allen Edwards Operations Director
Allen's career in stocktaking began in 1963 and joined Orridge in 1978. Since then he has held a number of senior management positions and was appointed Regional Director in 1999. He joined the Board of Directors in 2001.
Phil Kendall Finance Director
Phil joined Orridge in November 2011 as Finance Director & Company Secretary. With experience in FD roles across a range of sectors, allied to a strong commercial and operational background in blue chip companies and SMEs, Phil’s experience also includes operations in mainland Europe, China, USA and the Indian sub-continent.
Simon Kniveton Information Systems and Service Director
Simon has over 20 years experience in technology organisations across Europe, Asia Pacific and North America. He joined Orridge in 2004 and is responsible for the strategic direction of our Information Systems and Services across Europe.
Darren Flack Client Relationship Director
Having spent over 15 years in stocktaking, Darren's extensive hands-on and client-facing experience enables him to ensure the right approach is taken to ensure the best service is delivered to every Orridge client. Darren is responsible for customer relationships and his department of Client Account Managers as Client Relationship Director.
Peter Davies Sales Director
Peter is responsible for the day-to-day operation and development of the Sales and Marketing Department. Peter has been with the group since 2001, having started as a Business Development Manager and progressing in 2011 to his current position as Sales Director for Retail, Distribution and Warehousing.
Maxine Johnson General Manager - Europe
Maxine joined the Group in 2006. Where she brought a wealth of Senior Management
Experience from her previous roles in the Service Sector.
Initially based in the UK business, she was heavily involved in Change Management within the UK operation.
The last 3 years Maxine has taken a "hands on" and active role in
developing and growing the European operation. This has lead to her current position
where she Manages the European business based in Brussels, Belgium.
